Please follow the returns instructions provided in the delivery note enclosed in your parcel. We have fulfilled your order from our 3rd party fulfilment centre; Torque. In order to get your refund processed, please ONLY return your items to:

How to get the Free Return Label? 

You will find the Royal Mail Return Link printed on the Debenhams delivery note in your parcel, and you can create the Royal Mail Free Return Label accordingly;

UK Returns Process

Complete the returns form on your despatch note, indicating the reason for return.  If you cant find your despatch note, please print off your confirmation email and indicate which item you are returning, the reason for return.

Visit the royal mail return link and create the pre-paid returns label, stick it on your return parcel and send it back to Torque Via the post office.

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
